I hope you never have a problem with how they install something because they will call you and won’t let you get a word in and then hang up on you when they can’t defend their points. Very rude customer service when they are in the wrong. They will show up to change a switch that they previously installed and milk you for hours and then try and charge you a thousand bucks for changing a switch they improperly installed to begin with. They have been in the same switch box changing switches and putting them in wrong twice but want to charge me for their incompetence and blame it on the original installer. If you see that the original installer didn’t tie the switch to a ground, why would you continue this improper installation when there is a ground in the box to tie to? I’ll tell you why, so that static electricity continues to break the switches so they can keep coming out and charging you a thousand dollars. The owner starts ranting that every switch needs to be grounded for the system to work which is complete nonsense. Each switch is grounded individually. It’s weird that they FINALLY grounded the switches in the bathroom on the 3rd install and static electricity hasn’t stopped it from working. Who would have ever thought that wiring a switch like the manual said would actually make the switch work properly? Obviously not the “professionals”. These guys are crooks and not worth your time. I’ve spent over $10,000 in the 5+ years they have been coming here and only now do I understand why I spent so much. Because they did not ground anything they “fixed”. And I wouldn’t have known that if I hadn’t open the switch box myself to see that they were cutting the grounds off the switches instead of tying it to the ground in the box. They weren’t about to tell me because they wanted to take advantage of me. All I wanted was to question why I have to pay this latest bill for their incompetence and they acted like complete douche bags about it and started crying about all the switches needing ground when my concern is just this latest bill. Couldn’t hardly get a word In and got hung up on 3 times because they don’t care. They will not get a dime from me ever again. And they better hope this latest bill doesn’t end up on my credit report. I wouldn’t trust them to wire a doghouse at this point. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

I have been a customer of Atlanta Home Theater for over 18 years. Since my initial project in 2002, I have had 5 significant upgrades to my home theater. The decision making of how the system I wanted could be achieved and what equipment would best accomplish it has always been a fun, informative and collaborative process with Scott and his staff. One thing that always has and continues to impress me about AHT, is they never try to sell you more or better than you need or want. However, once I better understand my options and the associated features and benefits of various system components, I usually end up convincing myself to go for the higher quality approach, which I should also add has proven to be the right decision in every case. The key to making these sometimes difficult decisions is the high level, and in my opinion unmatched level of knowledge and expertise that Scott and the AHT staff provide. Once the major decisions are made, Joe confirms the installation schedule with me, and the crew arrives as promised and on time, and sees the project through to a complete and satisfactory conclusion. My system is somewhat unique and deceptively complicated due to my operating preferences, which in turn always seems to yield a couple of baffling gremlin issues. No matter how minor or major the issues may be, the staff at AHT remains committed to the project until every outstanding issue is resolved to my complete satisfaction. Scott, Joe, Chris, Thomas, Bob, Tiffany and the rest of the staff I have interacted with, which is just about everyone I think, provide a very personal and exceptional level of professionalism to their customers. Perhaps equally as important is the ongoing service and support they provide if and when you have any system issues. They are simply a pleasure to work with and is why I have remained such a loyal customer for so many years. For anyone thinking about a home theater from the simplest to the most complicated, I give AHT my highest recommendation. You will be glad you did!

Had in-ceiling speakers installed throughout home and gate access system as well. AHT is very knowledgeable and capable with Control4 technology. They are an amazing company and always perform at the highest levels. Such a class act company.

Over the last weekend I had problem with my home theater system. When I called on Monday morning, I was told someone would come out and check on my system that same afternoon. He arrived at exactly two o'clock, precisely as promised. Within two hours, my problem was fixed. I have never been disappointed by Atlanta Home Theater over the seven years that I have been doing business with them. The staff is uniformly professional and a pleasure to work with.

It was wonderful working with Atlanta Home Theater! They really take the time to understand what your audio/video needs are and what would work best in your space. The installation team was fantastic to work with as well. They did a superb job with the mounting of the tv's , speakers, and clean wiring inside the component cabinet with wires labeled. The entire team at Atlanta Home Theater were very professional and cared to ensure we were happy with our final installation,

I've been using Atlanta Home Theater since I moved back to Alpharetta in 2015. They have been responsible for all the integrated audio visual installation and maintenance in my home for the past 8 years. The employee knowledgable and reliable professionals. I've found them to be incredibly responsive and prompt with regards to customer support. I've always been satisfied with the work I've contracted them to do. I would recommend them to anyone with the upmost confidence.
